By choosing to apply through ULEC, students agree to these policies without the need for written or signed consent. This means:

• No separate consent form will be collected from each student.
• The responsibility lies with the student to read and understand these terms before submitting any application through ULEC.
• Once an application is submitted via ULEC, the policies are legally and automatically in effect.

Students cannot later claim that these terms do not apply to them.
ULEC will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to read or comply with our policies.
